One of the world’s truly classic coffees. The robust body is balanced with a bright, clean tasted and warm, sweet aroma.

Costa  Rica Tarrazu

A lively full bodied coffee with a clean, floral aroma. This is many people’s favorite cup for the morning.

Guatemala Antigua

Another full bodied Central American coffee but with a slightly spicy or smoky flavor. This is a complex coffee and it is the favorite of many connoisseurs.

Kenya AA

Everything about this world famous coffee is powerful and complex. It has a huge body and a wild earthy and wine-line flavor and aroma.

Ethiopian Harrar

This wild, traditionally processed varietal comes from the birthplace of coffee. It has a medium body and a complex fruity aftertaste and aroma.

Ethiopian Sidamo

This clean tasting medium bodied coffee is very smooth and drinkable. It has a warm and delicate flavor.

Tanzanian Peaberry

This coffee has a fully body and a rich but straightforward taste. A great African morning coffee.

Zimbabwe AA

A powerful East African coffee with a mellow but very complex taste. This is one of our favorite varietals and makes a great after-dinner coffee.

This is the archetypal Indonesian coffee. The body is giant, rich and syrupy and there are floral hints in the aroma. An all time classic.

Papa New Guinea

This coffee has a pronounced sweetness, floral aroma, and a fully body. It is the cleanest tasting of the Indonesian coffees.
